Cleaning

  • Use soap and water, tea tree oil, and / or a disinfectant solution with a rag, small towel or sponge to wipe down the F&R after usage. Allow ample time to dry.

The F&R is designed with specially selected materials that create structure and maintain durability without adding bulk.

  • Volextra® Crosslinked Polyolefin Foam Composite makes up the exterior sheath of the cylinder. This material is not considered to be toxic to humans or animals and is an FDA approved ingredient, with reference to OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) published in Federal Register 77 FR 17574 – March 2012

  • Low-density Polyethylene plastic is used for the injection molded end clips.

  • OSHA Regulated Non Hazard Polyethylene Foam is used for the core piece and exterior sheath

  • The materials may change slightly in the upcoming months. All modifications will be made for superior quality and lesser environmental impact.

You can wipe down your F&R with a solution of either a mild dish soap or tea tree oil mixed with warm water. Hand dry with a clean towel.

Conveniently take your F&R to and from class by rolling it up in your mat. It weighs under 10 ounces, so you'll barely know it's there! If you want to enhance your practice by developing core strength on the fly, adjustable end clips allow you to connect the F&R with ease, whether your mat is thick or thin, or even extra wide. If you practice with a skidless mat towel during hot yoga, you can fit that beneath the clips, too. The F&R is the only yoga prop designed to attach securely to your mat and be rolled up seamlessly within for easy transportation.
