Jumping Forward

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Starting from downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), sink into the knees as you send the gaze forward. Spring forward to the palms, coming to land with feet connected near the top of your mat. Create upward motion with the hips as you move forward in order to clear the YFR. Continue to your forward fold (uttanasana), sweep to standing (urdhva hastasana), and finish with palms connected at the center of the chest in your equal-standing pose (samasthiti). Your heels are ahead of the YFR as you finish this sequence.
