Starting with the hips on the ground and using your arms for support, lower the backside of either leg on the F&R, placing the roller below the back of the knee . Roll from just below the back of the knee to just above the heel to release tension in the calf. Switch legs. You can also roll the F&R above the back of the knee to address tightness in the hamstring muscles and glutes.
