From downward facing dog, bring one knee forward, placing it on the floor behind your wrist on the same side of your mat. Slide your ankle toward your opposite wrist, so your shin crosses your mat at a comfortable angle. Extend your opposite leg straight back and slowly lower your hips to the floor. The YFR will help you keep your hips level with your weight evenly distributed.
